Introduction
David Gaiman founded G&G with the intention of making the world a better place. This has remained true throughout the past 60 years and we have put in place a number of initiatives to work on giving back what we can.
What are our methods of giving back?

- Developed our own excipient free method of capsule supplement manufacture
- Partnered with a charity to support communities in Africa

Facility redesign
We updated our factory and office space to not only be a great place to work, but also an environmentally friendly one.
To our knowledge we are the first manufacturing cleanroom which is entirely powered by renewable energy. Not only that, but we replaced 412m of windows with new triple glazing, and old air conditioning and heating with new, high efficiency heat exchangers.
Over 1700m2 of updated roofing was also installed to improve insulation and reduce energy use.
Manufacturing method
We are so committed to our aim of only using ingredients that are intended to help the consumer that we developed our own unique manufacturing method.
This method makes use of semi-automatic machines and allows us to produce supplements without any fillers or binders. No need for magnesium stearate here!
Nourish Fund
We have recently partnered with a new charity which provides support to communities in Africa.
The charity Nourish Fund takes a small donation on each tub that our own brand (among others) produces and uses it to provide food and sustainability in Malawi.
Customers can see which products have been a part of this support by looking for the lemon logo on supplement tubs.

Recycling policy
We have a robust policy of recycling in our offices and factory. Since implementing the policy we have reduced landfill waste from the facility by more than 80%.
In addition to office based recycling, all of the packaging that we use for our own brand, and the packaging that we offer to customers is recyclable.
Sustainable ingredients
We aim to make use of sustainable ingredients to protect both the planet and the future of the supplement industry.
Sustainability in ingredients can take many forms. If they are from animal sources then avoiding things like overfishing can be vital for the ecosystem.
For grown ingredients there are farming methods which may produce less in each yield, but are better for the soil, ensuring continued farming into the future.
