Getting Started with Private Label

factory drawingWhat are Private Label Supplements?

Private label supplements are supplements which are formulated and sold by a brand, but made by a contract manufacturer, like G&G Vitamins.

While White Label covers many possible supplement formulations, often brands will have unique product ideas which break new ground in the supplement industry, or just contain a slightly different ratio of the same ingredients.

This is where private label comes in.

How do you get Private Label supplements?

Every customer has different requirements from a private label supplement service.

Whatever it is you need, the first thing is to get in touch, so we can start talking through the specifics.

It does not matter at this stage if you just have some faint idea of a product you would like, or if you know every last detail, our team will be happy to help you as much, or as little, as needed.

Our sales team are helpful, fast, friendly and professional, and are always ready and waiting to talk through your requirements and give you a quote.

Once you’re happy with the price and the exact specification is agreed, it’s time to get your supplement into production.

What sets G&G apart in Private Label encapsulation?

Ingredients & Blending

Our factory collects the purest form of the ingredients necessary for your supplement formulation before manufacture begins.

We have dedicated buyers who can source the ingredients required for your formulation. Alternatively you can supply your own ingredients, and we can work with those.

Ingredients are checked by quality control to ensure purity, then carefully weighed to maintain the correct ratios before being blended together.

We sieve the blended and mixed powder and either pack it or send it on for the encapsulation process.

Supplement Encapsulation

Our clean room allows for the manufacture of three sizes of capsule (4, 0 or 00) in either vegetarian or gelatine form.

Eight encapsulation machines enable us the capacity to produce 8,000,000 supplement capsules in a single week.

G&G specializes in encapsulating without flow agents, or artificial additives, ensuring your product can have a clean label.

Quality Control polish, inspect and check the weights of the capsules after encapsulation.

Can G&G work with packaging?

Once manufacture of the capsules is complete, we use a sophisticated sorting system that cleans and counts your supplements before they are packaged.

We ensure we fill the correct number of capsules into every tub using laser counting Swiftpack machines. Then another machine applies your label precisely, and the tubs are stamped with best before end and batch numbers.

With white label and private label vitamin manufacture, we know your packaging is your product’s identity.

There are a number of tubs, bottles and pouch solutions that we offer, with a range of recyclable and sustainable options.

Alternatively, you can provide your own packaging solution and we will finish the process for you.
