Bespoke Private Label Powder Manufacturing
Our Private Label powder manufacturing service is designed for brands that already have a complete formulation or approved product specification. Our team will then assess ingredient availability, permitted use, documentation, serving size, powder characteristics and manufacturing feasibility.
G&G does not provide complete nutritional formulation development from an initial product concept. However, we can manufacture an approved customer supplied formula and develop a suitable flavour and sweetness profile where required.
We maintain an extensive ingredient database and work with trusted suppliers to source suitable raw materials. We may also accept customer supplied ingredients, provided they have the required documentation, pass our material approval process and are suitable for the proposed product.
During our review, we may identify adjustments required for ingredient sourcing, manufacturing, consistency or flavour. Any proposed changes will need to be agreed before the specification is approved.

Once the manufacturing requirements have been established, we prepare a quotation based on the formulation, ingredient requirements, production volume and packaging.
The relevant product and order documentation will be provided for review and approval.
The required specification, order documents and artwork responsibilities must be agreed before production progresses.

We source approved raw materials through our supplier network or receive accepted free issue materials from the customer.
Once the materials have assessed the applicable checks, our manufacturing team prepares and blends the powder in accordance with the approved specification.
The powder undergoes the applicable in process and finished product checks. These may include appearance checks, weight controls, metal detection and agreed third party testing.
We then supply the product in bulk or pack and label it in the agreed retail format.
After the finished batch completes the required checks and receives approval for release, we dispatch it to your nominated delivery address.
